Adi Badri
Adi Badri is situated 40 kms North of Yamunanagar town. It can approached by road via Bilaspur and is about 2 kms away from the nearest village Kathgarh. It is Located in the foothills of the Shiwaliks. It is a picturesque
location,abundant with natural beauty and tranquility, with the Adi-Badri Narayana, Shri Kedar Nath and Mantra Devi Temples in the background. Three mounds of antiquities have recently been excavated by the Archaeological Survey of India.

Kalesar
This place is spread in 11570 Acres or 45.6 kms area in the lap of lower hills of Shivaliks, situated in the eastern part of Yamunanagar. Mainly the forest has sal trees and Khair, Shisam, Tun, Sain & Amla. In this forest there are many wild animals mainly a combination of 16 female and male leopards, a tiger and approximately 19 panthers are there . Kalesar has a total 71% area covered by forest. It has 38% area as open forest, 53% as an dense forest and 9% as scrub. Hunting is totally prohibited and several steps has been taken to ensure wild life protection.

Kapalmochan
Kapal mochan is a religious place for Hindus and Sikhs situated near Bilaspur town,17 Kms away from Yamuna Nagar.. Bilaspur town was named after the writer of the 'Mahabharata' - Maharishi 'Ved Vyas' is a historical place. It is supposed that there was an Ashram of Ved Vyas on the bank of a pond situated here. The statue of Uma Mahadev made in 9th-10th century, and statue of Ganesha made in 11th-12th century and remains of Gupta period prove the antecedence of Kapalmochan. People came from all parts of the country feel spiritual elevated by taking bath here in ponds (kunds) known as Rinmochan, Kapalmochan and Surya kund. There is also a Hindu temple and Gurudawara of Dasham Padhashahi.

Panchmukhi Mandir
Panchmukhi temple is situated on the road coming from Bilaspur to Chhachhrauli, it is just 4 km away from Bilaspur and attracts a large numbers of devotees. This temple was built by termites and has a statue of Hanuman with five faces, contributing to temple's name, Panchmukhi (five faces) has been there since the time of Pandavas. According to believes that wishes always come true here, after the 20th day of the Diwali Occasion.

Saraswati Udgam
Saraswati Udgam sathal is located in the Shivalik Mountains, Just 15 kms from Kapal Mochan in Bilaspur, Yamuna Nagar district, lies a lovely historical, religious and picturesque place in the foothills of the Shivaliks known as Adi Badri. There is pond or kund, believed as to the starting point of holy river Sarsawati. It is believed that Lord Vishnu resided at this Holy Place during the Satyuga, Treta and Dwapar yugas(epochs).. It is believed that River Saraswati flowed from here during the Satya, Treta and Dwapar yuga and disappeared in Kal Yuga.
According to Mahabharata, Holy river Saraswati dried up due to a curse by the Sage Utathya. Beside Adi Badri Temple, There is one another temple dedicated to Shiva - A naturally formed Shiv ling believed to be Adi Kedarnath. There is also a temple of Goddess Mantra Devi. |

Hanuman Gate Gurudwara
This Gurdwara is associated with the Tenth Guru, Guru Gobind Singh Ji. He spent a night here while on his way from Kapal Mochan to Kurukshetra.
This Gurdwara is located on the Hanuman Road, near Hanuman Gate, about one km from Jagadhri.
A small room was constructed to commemorate the Guru’s visit and a Gurdwara was built around 1945. However, this gurdwara is being rebuilt under the supervision of Baba Harbans Singh Ji. |
